Age
The Villa Week works on a set age policy (25-45) meaning all guests must be at least 25, most 45 years of age. If you do not meet this age requirement, you can still get in if you get approved (please email us a request on info@villaweek.com), otherwise you won’t be accepted.

Before Booking
We offer 4 types of bookings:
1) Bedroom
For those looking to travel with a friend or alone and join a villa with others.
Alternatively, you and your friends can book your own
2) Apartment

or
3) Villa
Our team can help you select the adequate type of accommodation (bedroom / apartment / villa) synchronize dates with your friends and explain the plan for your week.

Choose a destination and week:

During the beautiful Mediterranean summer, as our home destination we explore Croatia to the full adding new destinations in the near future. Typically, events start and end on a Saturday, but do check the details of your week to confirm. We do not organize flights, however, once you get to the airport of your TVW destination you can completely relax as everything else is organized from there on.

Prices
For the 2020 season prices range from €230 per person per day. Once you have chosen and booked a bedroom / apartment / villa you need to pay a deposit (bank card through PayPal) in order to book and the remaining balance 30 days prior to the trip.

Experiences Schedule
Each of our experiences described to you prior to the trip have their unique characteristics. With weather and other external circumstances being a big deciding factor for our events (like the motor yacht and catamaran boat trips), we can't always guarantee events will happen more than a few days in advance. However, we’ll do our best to reschedule for other days, so every week gets all the planned events until the end of the stay. Some important info and quick tips on booking and payments. Gender Ratio
The booking gender ratio refers to the male / female ratio at the time the Booker makes a booking. The Villa Week staff may be able to authorize a change; however, this will incur an admin fee in accordance with the terms and conditions. If at check-in, your group ratio does not match the booking ratio, you may be charged a €200 administration fee for each guest that requires adjustment.

How to Book
Booking is done by one person, the Booker, online. This person will be responsible for organizing payments, filling out the crew list details and acting as the main contact upon arrival and departure. The booker is responsible for making sure payments are made on time. Passports, Visas and travel insurance It is your obligation in order to have valid travel documents. You must ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas to enter the country you are visiting, including transit stops, prior to your departure. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with these requirements.

Payments
If you like to go ahead and book, click the booking button on the top right and follow the steps of the booking process.
You pay a deposit of 500 Euro per person to confirm the booking and the remaining balance latest 30 days before the event begins and must be made by the quoted deadlines. We accept credit / debit cards through PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay the entire amount at once made in 1 installment.
If a new booking is made in the period of 30 days before the event begins (check your booking to see the exact date), a payment of 100% of the cost must be paid upon booking.
For all bookings, guests may choose to pay the entire amount at once.

48h booking confirmation policy
From the moment you book, we hold the right to a 48 hour long booking confirmation period  during which we can accept or refuse a booking without any particular explanation. Afterward we will create your booking and send it to you on your email. In the case of a refusal your deposit will be returned to you in the shortest possible time.

Price currency
The Villa Week’s default price is in Euros (€). When making a booking, you will be quoted to pay in Euros (€) if you choose to pay in any other currency, the price listed will change depending on fluctuations in exchange rates on PayPal. Problems with payments If your payment is declined, please contact your bank to check with them for possible reasons for this. If you still have trouble making payments, please use another card or contact info@villaweek.com If you will not be able to make an installment due date, please contact us at info@villaweek.com and let us know in advance so that we can see if we are able to do to help you.

Debit / Credit Card payments
We can accept credit cards through PayPal: Debit cards, Visa credit card, MasterCard, American Express. 

Changes to Bookings
Must be made by emailing info@villaweek.com This may involve manual changes which will incur an admin fee, for further information please refer to the legal section of our website in addition to our FAQ.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, the Booker should email us immediately at info@villaweek.com We understand occasions change, however, payments from you activate our agreements with the charter companies and as a result, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.  Keep this in mind when making a booking (make sure that your traveling companions are able/willing to pay their part to you so you don’t make a payment before your friends give you their share of the price). All balances if paid in full will be returned for cancellations 30 days prior to the event. Customer Care
If you have a complaint whilst on holiday, please address your complaints to a member of staff earliest possible as many complaints can be solved right away. If you cannot get a prompt resolution from the onsite team, it is essential that you report your complaint to the office immediately emailing info@villaweek.com

Disability
It is important that you tell us about any special needs and requirements so that suitable arrangements can be made. We cannot be held responsible (and can’t compensate you) if you fail to tell us about special needs/requirements that may impact your holiday.

Flights
As we cannot provide compensation or reimbursement for lost flights, guests are advised to book flights to and from the relevant destination well outside check in and check out times in order to accommodate for any unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances.

Standard of Services
Whilst we aim to provide the highest level of services, some components of the holiday (such as Wi-Fi, bathrooms, AC, refrigeration etc.) can differ from the standard of service that you may experience whilst at home.

Travel Advice
For the latest travel advice including security and local laws, as well as passport and visa information, check your local Foreign Office authorities.

Travel Insurance
The price you pay does not include travel insurance as The Villa Week does not sell or organize such insurance. In accordance with our bookings terms and conditions, you must have sufficient travel insurance that covers adventurous activities such as scuba diving prior to the commencing of your holiday.

Water Safety
As The Villa Week contains 2 days spent on sea and the villas are close to the beach please avoid swimming when warning flags are shown, take care at all times and never dive into water without checking the depth. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are comfortable and safe when in the water; whilst we advise that you inform your hosts if you are a weak swimmer, ultimately the responsibility in terms of your safety when in the water lies with you. If you are concerned about your ability to swim, please ask the hosts about using a life jacket.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, we may require a deposit to cover additional cleaning, loss, or damage caused to the properties. This will be refunded (less any sums deducted for damages) at the end of your trip. Payment can usually be made by credit or debit card or cash. We strongly advise for the whole group to be present at check out in order to contest any deductions we may make. If you or the Booker is not present, the host will be forced to sign off on deductions, which could risk the partial/whole loss of your deposit. You are responsible for the whole villa and not just your bedroom or apartment.
