With weather and other external circumstances being a big deciding factor for our events (like the motor yacht and catamaran boat trips), we can't always guarantee events will happen more than a few days in advance. However, we’ll do our best to reschedule for other days, so every week gets all the planned events until the end of the stay. Some important info and quick tips on booking and payments. Standard of Services
Whilst we aim to provide the highest level of services, some components of the holiday (such as Wi-Fi, bathrooms, AC, refrigeration etc.) can differ from the standard of service that you may experience whilst at home.

Travel Advice
For the latest travel advice including security and local laws, as well as passport and visa information, check your local Foreign Office authorities.

Travel Insurance
The price you pay does not include travel insurance as The Villa Week does not sell or organize such insurance. In accordance with our bookings terms and conditions, you must have sufficient travel insurance that covers adventurous activities such as scuba diving prior to the commencing of your holiday.

Water Safety
As The Villa Week contains 2 days spent on sea and the villas are close to the beach please avoid swimming when warning flags are shown, take care at all times and never dive into water without checking the depth. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are comfortable and safe when in the water; whilst we advise that you inform your hosts if you are a weak swimmer, ultimately the responsibility in terms of your safety when in the water lies with you. If you are concerned about your ability to swim, please ask the hosts about using a life jacket.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, we may require a deposit to cover additional cleaning, loss, or damage caused to the properties. This will be refunded (less any sums deducted for damages) at the end of your trip. Payment can usually be made by credit or debit card or cash. We strongly advise for the whole group to be present at check out in order to contest any deductions we may make. If you or the Booker is not present, the host will be forced to sign off on deductions, which could risk the partial/whole loss of your deposit. You are responsible for the whole villa and not just your bedroom or apartment.
